We live in The Wood and are now retired. Due to having 4 children on different continents, we no longer have a dog of our own. However, when we have visited our children, we have house sat for a wide range of pets and have many glowing reviews.

Exhausted from all the travel, we’re back in Nelson and in our spare time enjoy walking, biking, gardening and reading.

I live in Richmond and up until recently had a Spaniel who reached the grand old age of 18.

I miss having a dog around the place, so I enjoy caring for other people’s when they are away.

I work 3 days a week and enjoy playing tennis, walking, gardening & reading.

We live in Stoke with our dog Torvi (6 years).

Tina is currently home during the day so your dog will get heaps of love and attention!

We have a decent size section and lots of local walking tracks as well as enjoying trips to the beach.

We live in Richmond with our son Coby, who is well trained around dogs and 3 cats. So, we generally take dogs that are used to living with cats.

During the day, I walk groups of dogs, so your dog can join in the fun and frolics and make lots of new friends.

I live in Mahana on a rural property, so your dog will have a lot of space to romp around or just chill in the sun.

I’m retired, so your dog will have company all day long. I enjoy being outdoors in the garden and having a canine companion to hang out with.

Fern & Richard Lowes

We live in Richmond with our 2 girls, Neve and Ava. Our beautiful dog, Archie (lab/collie cross) passed away and he has left a massive hole in our lives.

My husband is not yet ready to own another dog and we have been looking after friends' dogs while they go away.

We are an active family and I work from home during the week so I am always here. We have so much love to give as we are all massive dog lovers.

I live in Stoke on a spacious section and am enjoying retirement except for the fact I miss having a dog around the place, so I started with Pet Sitters in 2017!

I have welcomed many dogs into my home over the years and have lots of regulars to come and stay!

Nadene & John

We live in the Atawhai and are retired. We no longer have a dog of our own , but have often cared for our daughters dog.

I volunteer at the hospice shop and enjoy going for walks in the mornings. John has enjoyed many years working at the Nelson golf course.

Anne-lise & Geoff

We live in Atawhai and have a 6 month old son but no dogs of our own at this stage, just horses on another property!

We have both grown up with dogs, are an active outdoorsy couple and enjoy horse riding, running, tramping and surfing. We have a decent sized section for dogs to romp and race around.
