I just wanted to feed back to you how delighted we are with the care and attention given to Badger by Trudy and Ian; they went way beyond any expectation we held in terms of time and attention given to him, and the daily photos and updates were so appreciated and certainly delivered peace of mind.
He clearly had a ball, and while pleased to see us I’m sure we could have walked away and he would have been happy to stay put - it seems he had a better holiday than we did!
We never want to revert to leaving Badger at a boarding kennel again, and hope that Trudy and Ian will always have a space for him when we next contact you.

“At an afternoon doctor’s appointment I was told I had to go into hospital
straight away. My partner was away on a work trip, and I had no doggy
friends to look after our dog Tara. I contacted Petsitters to see if they
could help. Lasma straightaway offered to help personally, by collecting
Tara after I had gone to hospital, and having her at home until my partner
got back the following day. In addition to that she returned to the house
later to see if our insulin-dependent cat had come back, and then she took
him to the vet for his injection, and brought him back again. It was a big
relief knowing the pets were cared for. I cannot thank Lasma enough for so
caringly and efficiently looking after our pets during this time. Lasma, you
are the best!

She goes out with all the big dogs & Wendy has better control of her than I do while out walking! She comes home absolutely exhausted so I know she has had a great time.

Pet Sitters have also visited twice a day to care for my cat over the years while away on holiday. The personal texts received from the sitters are a lovely personal touch, then to arrive home to find my cat very relaxed & happy with a lovely note left on my bench from my cat :-)

It’s not just a matter of going into a home & feeding animals. The staff go beyond the call of duty by spending quality time with my pets, cuddles, house checked, mail cleared daily, curtains & lights adjusted day & night for security not to mention very very happy paws.

Even the best of boarding kennels or a house sitter who perhaps needs to work and is therefore out for long periods of time cannot provide the full-time human companionship that he has come to expect meaning anxiety can be an issue for him. By using the doggie fostering service he was cared for in a loving home with all the luxuries this little dog has come to know and expect, plus more! We came home to a happy, relaxed dog who I think would have quite happily waved us goodbye again had we not picked him up. “Shirley and Terry were the perfect ‘foster parents’ for Minnie and Muppett. From the first time I met them I felt totally comfortable that they would care for them beautifully. Knowing that they had previously been breeders and had experience with Cavaliers (and also having one themselves) meant that that they understood all the little ‘oddities’ which cav’s tend to have. Their home was perfectly set up with outdoor flow and it was great that they also had their usual walks at the beach. Minnie needed antibiotics and this was no trouble at all for them. Minnie and Muppett seemed comfortable and happy at our first meeting and also when I picked them up. I think the best thing was that they genuinely cared for and about them – and it showed.
